Teen's Weekly is edited and run by high school students from all over the world. Our editorial staff reflects the best and brightest of high school fiction writers and teen journalists. Here, we sincerely invite you to join this community. If you choose to join us, you will be among a highly select, dynamic group of your peers dedicated to publishing the finest teen magazine in the country.

Marketing and Social Media
Social Media Manager
Job Description: The Social Media Manager is responsible for strategizing the promotion of Teen Weekly Insider's issues, contests, events and other initiatives, such as our new educational arm. Some experience in marketing in the literary and teen entertainment field would be good but not absolutely necessary. However, deep familiarity with the world literature and teen entertainment scene is a must.
Web
Web Designer
Job Description: The web designers create the look, layout, and features of the website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming. Once a website is created, the designers help with maintenance and additions to the website. They will with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
Department of Entertainment
1. Journalist
Job Description: Entertainment journalists cover the news and events within the industries of film, television, music, live events, video games, and others. They dig up the stories of the latest Hollywood developments and follow the progress of next year’s major game releases, all for the anxious fans and enthusiasts who clamor for more. Also, sometimes journalists will have to do interviews with celebrities (which might get you a chance to interview your favorite star)
2. Editor
Job Description: Entertainment Editos supervise content focused on pop culture and art written for newspapers, magazines, blogs, and other media. They assign articles to a staff of writers and make final decisions using their editorial discretion.
3. Staff Writer
job Description: Staff writers are responsible for providing standard content, such as news reports, reviews and features.
Department of Literature
1. Book Reviewer: If you have a passion for reading and a desire to help authors and their readers, then we would love to have you on the TWI community! We do require that you have good writing skills, not only so you can produce professional reviews, but so that you can recognize the quality of the work you are reviewing. In addition, you need to be willing to review digital versions of books, which can be read on your computer or e-reader (Kindle, iPad, etc.) as we only accept digital books for review. Send your resume along with your contact information and two book review samples to David Ho at [email protected]
2. Editor: The Editors are responsible for all aspects of the magazine’s literary publication, including editorial duties, production oversight, and business decisions. Responsibilities include both print and digital initiatives. Editorial duties include selecting works, commissioning prose, planning special issues, and editing all final copy. The Editors will also write prose for the magazine, as required.
3. Staff Writer: Staff Writers are responsible for writing poems and fiction stories for the publication. However, different from unsolicited authors, we guarantee spaces for regular writers, which you can directly post your articles to the website without submitting it to our editors. (The editors has right to polish or modify your article)
