Hunter Fischer is an energetic and charismatic 11-year-old actor. Hunter already has a number of projects done, an upcoming sci-fi TV series.

I was recently given an opportunity to have him share his story with us.

Being an assist director, and also taking on stronger roles

Riding dirt bikes and Surfing. Writing my own scripts and learning how to direct.

4       How do you prepare for a role?
I break down my script and as Bruce Dern says I make the role mine.

5       Can you tell us a little bit about your role in Kids vs Zombies?

This film has never been filmed. The role was me and my sister was going to save the town from zombies. Our mother was a police officer and was taken by the zombies and we were going to save her and the town. But due to funding we were not able to film the project.
6       Why and when did you decide to start you acting career?

After doing pageants and winning the highest title in Texas and in the Nation. I was approached by an agent and we decided to give it a try and I feel in love with the business.

I would take my family, dog and my bearded dragon

8       Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career?

It is hard to play roles that are over the top and that are non-realistic.

Our Military and veterans. I am working towards setting up a foundation to help our veterans

10   As a teen actor, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and your career?

My mom keeps me focused on school. But she always makes time for me to just be a kid. I know that school must come first, but I work very hard on my acting to make sure I give it my all.

11   If you were not a teen actor, what would you be up to now?
Going to school and racing motocross.

12   If you have the chance to choose any other stars at your age to be your classmate, whom would you like to?

Not sure, like being around older actors.

13. Have you ever taken acting classes before? And do you think acting classes are necessary for aspiring teen actors or actresses?
Yes, I have taken many classes and I do feel it is very important to find a coach that you click with but also challenges you to become better
