Cooper Barnes is an actor and writer, known for The Perfect Host (2010), Escape From Planet Earth(2013) and Googly Eyes (2013). He has been married to Liz Stewart since October 3, 2015. 1. Would you please tell us what are the projects that you are currently working on? Right now we are working on a Henry Danger/Game Shakers crossover, as well as the Henry Danger animated series. I'm also working on baby proofing the house and training my daughter to not eat paper. 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? There are so many. The time that I shoved my whole fist in my mouth was pretty awesome, but I think booking Henry Danger was the huge highlight of my career. 3. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? I'm passionate about animal rights and the rights of those who are disenfranchised, in general. I also love reading comic books and going to the movies. 4. Why and when did you decide to pursue your acting career? When I realized that pursuing an art career wasn't going to happen. 5. How would you describe Captain Man from Henry Danger? Captain Man is a character created by Ray Manchester to mask his insecurities. Captain Man is everything Ray wants to be. 6. What is your favorite scene on Henry Danger? I really enjoyed the mountaintop fight scene between Jace and me during the Wall-Dogs episode. But there have been a lot of fun scenes over the years. 7. So many celebrities are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? As I said before, speaking out for those who cannot speak, like animals and people who don't yet have equal rights is important to me. I am a feminist because women are the most oppressed group of people in history, and I would encourage more boys and men to stand up for the rights of women and girls. I attend marches, participate in fundraisers, I've volunteered at shelters in the past... I and am probably a little too vocal on social media about injustices that I think need to be righted. I think the worst thing someone can do during times of trouble is remain silent. 8. How would you describe the relationship between Captain Man and Henry Hart? I think Ray had a fairly stunted childhood, and never really got a chance to be a kid or hang out with kids his age, due to his superpowers and his crazy scientist dad. I think emotionally, Ray never developed past adolescence, and so in many ways Henry is like a peer to him. But in other ways Henry is like his little brother, or even his son. And yet at times, Henry is the one who is the parent to Ray. It's a complex relationship, and they check a lot of relationship boxes for one another. 9. If you have chance to travel the world with anyone, who you will choose? My wife, Liz. I'd love to show her the world. 10. What is like working with Jace Norman? The worst. Uugggghhhh! 11. If you were not an actor, what would you be up to now? I was very close to pursuing an art career when I decided to change course after college, so I'd either be illustrating comic books professionally, or selling pictures I drew in a back alley next to a dumpster. You know, living the dream. 12. How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address? On Twitter I'm @CooperBarnes, on Instagram I am @therealCooperBarnes (which I know is a little douchey) and fans can write to me at my management company, Omnipop, which is in Toluca Lake, CA. 13. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career? Booking auditions is really tough! You probably book 5% of the auditions you go out on, which can be both physically and emotionally exhausting. I am very blessed to get to go to work every day on a show that I enjoy with people that I love. It's kind of an anomaly for an actor, and I sometimes have to remind myself how lucky I am. 14. How do you strike the balance between family and your career? That, I'm still figuring out! My daughter was born last year and I absolutely love her and love spending time with her. And during production, my time at home is limited, so I make up for it on the weekends and on hiatuses. 15. Favorite Sport: I'm not a big sports guy, but I always enjoyed watching a good hockey or baseball game. Favorite Music: I like all kinds of music, but some of my favorite artists are They Might Be Giants, Elvis, The Bee Gees, and Billy Joel. Travel Destination: Costa Rica! They have monkeys just walking around amongst people, there! I love monkeys! Favorite TV Show: Right now it's a tossup between "Saturday Night Live" (it's really good again!) and "The Walking Dead." "Wrecked" on TBS is also really great. 16. Now for my last question: what do you want to say to those who wish to pursue their careers in Hollywood? I would encourage anyone to shoot for their dreams and not get discouraged by what anyone says to them. Prepare for a lot of hard work – much harder than you expected, because it is a very, very, very tough business to break into. But anything is possible if you push yourself and stay disciplined and never give up. The good and talented people eventually rise to the top. That being said, if you can see yourself being happy doing something else, there's nothing wrong with working in a Waffle House. Everybody likes waffles. A native of Chicago, Rosa comes from a strong theater background, having performed in more than 40 professional productions beginning at age eight; ranging from comedy at the esteemed Piven Performance Company, as well as Second City, to starring in numerous musicals and touring with Kenny Rogers. Blasi's television debut was a recurring role on the CBS soap opera, "The Bold and the Beautiful." Soon to follow was a starring role on the MTV/UPN sitcom "Hitz." Rosa's rare combination of sex appeal and comedic timing landed her guest roles on hit shows such as "Frasier," "Becker," "Caroline in the City," "Drew Carey," "Grown Up," "Holding the Baby" and "Beverly Hills, 90210." and then went on to star in the hit LIfetime series "Strong Medicine." She later starred in the dramatic Showtime film, "Noriega: God's Favorite," which was shot in the Philippines. The film was directed by Roger Spottiswoode, and co-starred Bob Hoskins. Both the film and Blasi's performance were critically acclaimed. Blasi recently starred in the Vagina Monologues at the Apollo Theater and has recorded numerous radio and television voice-overs. Her sharp tongue and quick wit have earned her a reputation as a favorite and often repeat guest on talk shows.
1. Would you please tell us what are the projects that you are currently working on? Right now we are filming season 4 of The Thundermans on Nickelodeon. We will have completed 97 episodes total by May. I am also a full time student at Antioch University majoring in Psychology. I will start my masters program in July to eventually become a licensed MFT (maraige and family therapist). 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? Being a great mom to my 10 year old, and a step-mom to another 10 year old. Both girls. Also having done almost 300 episodes of television I feel pretty good about. I knew what I wanted to do when I was younger than 8 years old and set out to accomplish it. I also wrote a comedic memoir called Jock Itch: Misadventures of a Retired Jersey Chaser in 2011 (Published by Harper Collins) 3. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? Therapy and food. Really great theatre and movies. I’m a glutton for a good massage. Horses. 4. Why and when did you decide to pursue your acting career? I was very young when I knew I was going to do this the rest of my life, and I didn’t have anyone telling me I couldn’t or it would be difficult. My parents are the reason I do this for a living, they gave me the confidence that I could be “whatever I wanted” and didn’t tell me about the odds of failing. 5. How would you describe Barb Thunderman from The Thundermans? Not the best parent as her kids are always sneaking off and getting into trouble. But a loving mom, a little bit of a goof and her and Hank are always thinking they are cool (they are not). 6. What is your favorite scene on The Thunderman? I loved the episode where the kids turned us back into teenagers! 7. So many celebrities are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? I am an intern at a sober living house called Miriam’s House for single mothers and their children. www.promisesfoundation.org. Although I do not have an addiction, SO many people’s lives are affected directly or indirectly by this. 8. How would you describe the relationship between Phoebe and Barb Thunderman? I think Barb is super proud of Phoebe and Phoebe is receptive to her advice. 9. If you have chance to travel the world with anyone, who you will choose? Probably my family (husband and kids and my parents). 10. What is like working with Kira Kosarin? Well she keeps getting tall and it makes me feel super short LOL. Kira is a true roll model in every way. She is brilliant, talented, funny, healthy (mentally and physically), she makes good choices, she is a consummate professional. Her parents did a GREAT job raising her. 11. If you were not an actress, what would you be up to now? I would be a therapist. 12. How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address? I don’t have a fan mail address anymore. I get mail via my agents Bresler Kelly and Associates in Los Angeles. I have an instagram account @therosablasi I am fairly active on. 13. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career? It takes a horrific toll on your self-esteem. You are the product, so when you are being rejected….YOU are being rejected. There is no way to not take that personally. 14. How do you strike the balance between family and your career? TIME MANAGEMENT! 15. Favorite Sport: None. Can’t stand sports. Favorite Music: Hamilton and Hip Hop Travel Destination: Hawaii or anywhere with a beach Favorite TV Show: Girls, Shameless, Real Time with Bill Maher, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. 16. Now for my last question: what do you want to say to those who wish to pursue their careers in Hollywood? Don’t do it, unless you want this more than anything else in the world and you are willing to commit and dedicate yourself to the craft. I did 42 theatre shows before ever moving out to Los Angeles. I took voice lessons for years. Studying at the Second City conservatory in Chicago, I believe that is why I was successful. You have to do the work. I know that this is the era of YouTube stars, reality TV fame over talent...but that lasts 15 minutes. That’s not career longevity. 1. What are the projects that you are currently working on? Please tell us a little about it. I am currently working on an EP to release on iTunes early-mid 2017. I have spending tons of time trying to find my own sound while of course still working on my acting trying to get some more projects going soon. Also in the meanwhile I've been collabing with big influencers on social medias king things such as challenge videos and Instagram skits. 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? I feel that my biggest achievement so far has been booking ABC's Black-ish. Prior to that, I had only been on TV once when I was 14 on IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang! Before working in television, all I had done was short films to continue growing as an actor. 3. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? Besides acting, I have a very strong passion for music. It's so weird because when I listen to music or when I'm making it, I feel a true connection to the lyrics and listening to just one song can completely change my state of mind and how I'm feeling. Basically, music really moves me and I feel formed many of the decisions and accomplishments I have made so far. Besides music, I love surfing, going to the beach, making videos with friends and playing sports. 4. How do you prepare for a role? To prepare for a role, I bring my script to my coach Amy Lyndon and go over all of it with her prior to going on set. I break down my character and really get into the connections I have and why I do what I do and say what I say. I don't worry about getting dialogue down, I make sure I know what's going on at all times and incorporate the connections I have with the character to myself. 5. Why and when did you decide to start you acting career? I've always had a very strong passion for acting and being in and around the industry. I performed in many local theatre productions when I was 10-13, and when I was 14 I was approached with an opportunity to meet with some managers, and from there everything fell perfectly into place! I moved to la, got an acting coach, and I few months later I was working on my first film. 6. If you could travel the world with anyone whom would you take? If I could travel the world with anyone, I would go with my brother. When I was younger we never got along because he's 5 years older than me, and it was a little bit of the typical older brother vs little brother situation. Now that I'm older and have matured more my brother and I have become very close and traveling the world with him would definitely be something to add to the bucket list. 7. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career? I feel that the biggest challenge in my acting career is staying focused. With all of the other things coming into the industry like social media, it's hard to focus on just acting when things slow down. I know there are so many other pending opportunities for me in other parts of the industry and I love learning about them, but it occasionally side tracks me from my real goal. 8. So many young actresses are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? I really love helping the homeless. It's so sad to know that there are people with nobody to help them so they have to resort to living on the street. I could only imagine how someone in that situation must feel. I try to help the homeless every time I get the chance whether it's by buying them food or just giving them the money in my pockets. I always want everyone to know they are loved at all times even if it doesn't feel that way. 9. As a teen actor, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and your career? I took the CHSPE when I was 16, and graduated high school 2 years early so now I have transitioned to community college and trying to get into UCLA to study film. No matter where I am, I always find time to finish my schoolwork so that I can continue pursuing my dreams. School is not a backup option for me, it just feels good knowing that I still have that regular teenage struggle attached to me and it honestly keeps me humble more than anything. Knowing that I still do some things other regular kids that don't act or make music do. 10. If you were not a teen actor, what would you be up to now? If I wasn't a teen actor, I would most likely still be playing baseball because that seems to be the trend in my family. Both my brother and dad played college baseball and it is a very big sport in my family. I'd also probably still be in regular school back in San Francisco with all of my friends. 11. If you have the chance to choose any other stars at your age to be your classmate, whom would you like to? I've honestly been a classmate with almost every star my age. I went to a school that was meant to create a flexible schedule for actors and actresses who still want to do school, but can't be there 7 hours a day and don't do online. The people I grew up watching became my best friends thanks to school! 12. Have you ever taken acting classes before? And do you think acting classes are necessary for aspiring teen actors or actresses? I have been going to the same acting class since I started acting and haven't taken any breaks besides for traveling. It keeps me refreshed and I still learn something new every week after years of being in the same class with the same people. Acting class is essential in my opinion to break through your comfort zone and really understand the work it takes to get into a role. 13. How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address? Fans can talk with me on Instagram or twitter both @iamjackdean , or through my Facebook page which is just Jack Dean. I currently do not have a P.O box but stay tuned to my social media because I will open one soon! I have a movie called Status Update coming out sometime in 2017. I am currently working on School of Rock and just finished filming a pilot presentation. 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? My biggest achievement so far would have to be a tie between Bella and the Bulldogs and graduating high school 2 years early. I did online school throughout high school and ended up taking no summer breaks so I was able to graduate early and focus more on my college education and career. 3. I am fortunate to have a few best friends and would honestly have a blast with any one of them. 7. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career? The biggest challenge in my acting career is defintilty rejection. This industry is FULL of rejection. From not being invited to certain events to not booking a role it is no after no. But it makes you stronger in the end and appreciate the ‘yes’ that much more. 8. So many young actresses are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? My main charity is JDRF (Juvenile diabetes research foundation). Being a diabetic, this charity has a special place in my heart. As a teen actress, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and your career? Balancing schoolwork and my career is a struggle. I had awesome set teachers that helped me with my high school work. After graduating I took a year off. I just started taking college classes and it is definitely going to take some getting used to. I was initially signed up to go into class, but after booking a job during my first week of college I had to change all of my college classes to online courses. Education is so important to me and even if it takes me 8 years to get a degree, I want to keep working for one and continue finding the time to do school! 10. If you were not a teen actress, what would you be up to now? If I wasn’t a teen actress, I would still be a senior in high school in my hometown in Texas! I would be a cheerleader and most likely part of the student council. I am still good friends with a lot of my childhood friends in Texas and it is always so refreshing to go back. 11. And do you think acting classes are necessary for aspiring teen actors or actresses? I took acting classes for three years straight before coming out to Los Angeles. I don’t think acting classes are necessary but I think they are extremely helpful. My advice to anyone wanting to get into the business is to start taking acting classes! Not only will it help you on your acting skills, but it can introduce you to people in the business! 13. How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address? Well, it is currently mid-pilot season, so I am keeping very busy with new auditions and callbacks. I have some episodes of Nickelodeon and Disney shows coming out too! I also just got done filming a couple episodes of a Netflix show. 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? I would say I have two biggest achievements, surprisingly neither are acting related. My first is skipping the fifth grade and the second is sticking with being vegetarian. I'm not sure why I count these as my biggest, but I have always been pretty proud of them. 3. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? I am very passionate about animals! I have loved animals since the very beginning, and have always rescued and volunteered with animals with my family. I currently have five dogs and a Bearded Dragon. The dog's are rescues, but I didn't learn until after I got the bearded dragon that there is such a thing as rescued ones. So the next beard dragon I get is totally going to be a rescue! 4. How do you prepare for a role? I first start to prepare for a role by memorizing it. It is hard to commit to the character if I still have to keep my nose in pages. After I am memorized I start thinking of the emotions I want to evoke in my audience with each passage. I try not to decide on a specific way I will say each line, but instead let the emotion control how each line comes out. Finally, about thirty minutes before each audition I start to get in to my character's mindset and put in a headset so that I can't get distracted with "Molly's" world. 5. Why and when did you decide to start you acting career? My mom was looking for summer camps for me when I was four and I was set on an acting camp, but I had to be five. I waited a whole year and on my fifth birthday and I asked my mom if I could go to the acting camp now. She signed me up for a one week camp and the rest was history! I acted at the theater the camp was at for two years and then when I was seven I moved out to LA to pursue screen acting. 6. If you could travel the world with anyone whom would you take? If I could travel the world with anyone I would take my mom with me. We have already traveled a good amount of places together and we agree very well when traveling. 7. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your acting career? The challenges for me seem to vary per audition. There isn't really a consistent on that always stands in my way. The only one that might be considered the biggest would be my height, but it isn't always one. 8. So many young actresses are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? Animals are my biggest cause. I support them by volunteering, fundraising, fostering, adopting, and donating. I advocate mainly for shelter dogs and I believe strongly in the saying "Adopt Don't shop". Every once in a while I will post something about how important it is to adopt and not shop. When you buy a dog from a breeder and/or pet store you are giving money to horrible cruelty. The dogs in shelters have been through so much and deserve a loving home. 9. As a teen actress, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and your career? Acting is so un predictable, so I can never have a steady school schedule. I am homeschooled so that helps A LOT! Pretty much I do school during any free time I have between acting. 10. If you have the chance to choose any other stars at your age to be your classmate, whom would you like to? I would choose my all my friends! They are so much fun and really clever and smart. We would probably have to set some talking boundaries, because we are all very talkative. 11. Can you tell us a little about your role in ‘’Andi Mack’’? I play "Iris" in Andi Mack. She's really sweet and gets along with everyone. I can't talk about it much right now, but I will keep everyone posted when my episodes will come out and how you can watch them! 12. Have you ever taken acting classes before? And do you think acting classes are necessary for aspiring teen actors or actresses? I started in theater which taught me so much! Since I stopped theater I have always continued in acting classes. I believe that they are very necessary for everyone who wants to be an actor. Even if you are a natural, acting classes polish you and teach you the craft. 13. How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address? I do a lot of live streams on my Instagram (@Molly.Jackson) and I have been interacting with fans a lot on there! I play games with them and answer all their questions. I wish live stream had a translator function so I could answer questions typed in all languages. I also interact with fans if they tag me on a post. I always try to like what people tag me on! My fan mail address is: Molly Jackson c/o New Beginnings Entertainment 18017 Chatsworth St. #404 Granada Hills, CA 91344 Instagram: Molly.Jackson Twitter: Molly_C_Jackson Musical.ly: Molly.Jackson 14. 1. What are the projects that you are currently working on? I am currently on a Nickelodeon show called School of Rock and I recently came out with a movie called An American Girl Story - Ivy & Julie 1976: A Happy Balance which is available now on Amazon. 2. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement I think learning the guitar was my biggest achievement. I didn’t believe I could get good at the instrument, but look at me now! There is never a time I am not holding a guitar. 3. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? I am very passionate about music. It is one of those things I wish to pursue later in my life. 4. What is your favorite scene on ‘’ The School Of Rock’’? My favorite scene would probably be the scene when Mr. Finn gets zapped over and over again for saying “dude." 5. How would you describe Zack in ‘’ The School Of Rock’’? Do you think you two are similar? Zack is very conservative but can also be open minded. He is now starting to find himself a bit more. I don’t think we are similar at all which makes him playing all the more fun! 6. What can you tease is the new season with ‘’ School Of Rock’’? There’s gonna be puppies and the music is going to come at you guys like you’ve never heard or seen before! 7. How would you describe the relationship between Zack and Mr. Finn? The relationship between Zack and Mr. Finn is really special to me considering their personalities are polar opposites. They both teach each other things in their own way! 8. As a teen actor, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and acting career? It is definitely really hard, but thankfully when you have good studio/set teachers, they help out a lot! 9. How can your fans interact with you online? There are many different ways to interact with me online! I go live on Instagram almost every day so fans can interact there or if you can’t join me live, follow me on @lancedaelim on Twitter and Instagram 10. Photo Courtesy: Natalie Warr What are the projects that you are currently working on? Currently, I have one project in development, which I’m not allowed to talk about yet, and one that I’m finishing up. Please tell us what do you feel is your biggest achievement? This is always such a hard question to answer because I feel that every project I work on is a great achievement. But, definitely, one of the highlights was last year when I was nominated for best supporting actress at the San Diego Film Awards for “Go Out in Violet Waters”, and won. I never thought I would win, especially since I was up against two very talented adult actresses. Besides acting, what are you passionate about? I’m passionate about singing too. I’m always singing around the house, in the car, or when I’m out. Actually, I trained with, and was part of, The National Children’s Choir for a year. I was even invited to perform at Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center in New York, along with a few others who were selected from the NCC, but could not go because I was filming. How do you prepare for a role? How I prepare depends on the type of role, but usually I will first research anything I can about the character, and then I will also get professional coaching to help me really develop the character farther. Why and when did you decide to start your acing career? When I was about 5 years old I used to watch this kids show called “The Upside Down Show”. It was one of my favorite shows at the time, and there was this girl on it who was my favorite character. So, one day I told my mom that I wanted to be on T.V., and I would beg her and tell her everyday that I wanted to be an actress. If you could travel the world with anyone whom would you take? That’s a hard question because there are a few people I would want to take… like my best friend, my mom, my sister. Please tell us what do you feel is the biggest challenge in your career? Well, there are a few challenges to be honest. For example, preparing for an audition and not getting the role. But I also realize that me not landing a specific role is simply because I wasn’t the right fit for it, not because of my acting ability. I see every audition as an opportunity to grow and learn from, and I have fun in the process of it all. So many young actresses are committed to public service, setting a great example for their peers in terms of being involved with charities and the community. What causes are important to you, and what do you do to support them? There are so many great charities out there doing some amazing things. Some of my favorite ones are Children’s hospital LA, Love your melon, and WildAid. I’ve attended industry charity events to help raise funds and awareness, and I also help raise awareness through social media in various ways. As a teen actress, how do you strike the balance between schoolwork and your career? Well, this can be tricky, but since I’m homeschooled I have a lot more flexibility, so it’s easier because I can get through my lessons in about three hours. Having this flexibility also allows me to get ahead in my school work, which is ideal since I just never know when I might book something and have to travel, or may have an event to attend. If you were not a teen actress, what would you be up to now? I don’t think things would be too much different. I would most likely be involved in drama and dance, and I would be hanging out with my friends. If you have the chance to choose any other stars at your age to be your classmate, whom would you like to? There are a few of my actor/actress/singer friends who I would love to have as classmates: Amiah Miller, Vivian Hicks, Aidan Gallagher, Molly Jackson, Aubrey Miller, Isabella Canepa, B.J. Tanner, and Sloane Segal to name a few. They are all very talented and inspiring fellow industry friends. Can you tell us a little about your recent project, “The Aidan Show”? The Aidan show is a YouTube series produced by actor, Aidan Gallagher that showcases emerging teen bands and vocal talent in the Los Angeles area. We attended an event together presented by “Valentines Rocks” party by Rock your Hair that had many young vocal artists such as Carson Lueders, Johny Orlando, Vivian Hicks, Hayden Summerall and Ruby Jay to name a few, and Aidan asked me if I would co-host some of the artist interviews with him for his show. How was it working with Aidan Gallagher on “The Aidan Show”? How do you feel about him? It was a great experience and lots of fun working with him on this, and I hope to do more. Aidan is a very hard worker, very professional, and is super smart with a sense of humor that’s like mine. He’s also an ambassador to several environmental organizations, and he’s been nominated two years in a row for Kids Choice Awards for favorite male T.V. actor, and his show on Nickelodeon has been picked up for a fourth season. I mean what’s there not to like about him… he’s an all around great guy and very inspiring! How can your fans interact with you online? And what’s your fan mail address: I have several ways that fans can interact with me using social media. I have a Facebook page (Hannah McCloud), Instagram (hannahgmccloud), snapchat (Hannah.mc6), website (hannahmccloud.com), and on YouTube (Hannah McCloud). I can also be found on IMDB, Backstage, and Famous Birthdays. Fan mail address can be found at Fanmail.biz (Hannah McCloud). Now for my last question: what do you want to say to those who wish to pursue their careers in Hollywood? I say go for it! But prepare to work hard and be persistent. Don’t let others define your dream for you, take charge and define it yourself. There will always be challenges, but don’t give up! Always be professional, polite and stay grounded.
